
By booking with To You Tents, LLC you agree to the following terms and conditions. By making a deposit payment you are making an expressed understanding and contractual agreement to these conditions (this online version may not be the most update so please reference the copy sent to you via email).
General use of tents
Glamping Tents
- $100-$300 refundable damage deposit per tent. Deposit is in addition to the full booking balance. A 3.5% fee deducted from deposit of incomplete bookings (cancelled bookings) when refunded.
- Full balance of rental payment is due by 14 days prior to reservation date. This date is listed on your rental invoice.
- $100 deposit is required for rentals that will NOT be allowing food or drink in our tents. $300 security deposit will be required for rentals that plan to allow food or drink in our tents.
- Customers that do not notify us in advance of intent to allow food/drink in the tent and violate this agreement (thus paying a lower deposit) will be subject to penalty and forfeiture of entire security deposit and additional fees that will be collected on site at pick-up. These policies are put in place to protect our property and recoup fees for our time for excessive cleaning and property replacement needs.
- Excessive cleaning fees will be charged for spills and stains to tent or furnishings. If cleaning or repair is required in excess of deposit, customer will be billed for the costs to clean or replace damaged items. Please treat our products better than you would your own.
- While food/drink items are allowed in our tents if indicated through our deposit process; we ask that customers minimum risk by keeping in closed containers. Use cups with lids or water only. Pick-up and clean dropped food and spills. Do not keep food and drink items in the tent over-night.
- It is best practice to remove shoes before entering tents to reduce debris. This means cleaning bare feet prior to entering if coming in and out without shoes. Linens with excessive dirt and grass stains from dirty feet will incur excessive cleaning fees. Do NOT wear heals that may puncture tent floors inside of our tents.
- For children’s events, if using craft materials please use “washable” products. Excessive cleaning fees will be incurred for cleaning of crayon, marker, glitter, paint, etc left behind on tents and products. We understand that accidents happen, so please clean up behind yourself. Do NOT use chemical products on ground sheet or tent. Contact us immediately for guidance on spot cleaning. Rugs and bed linens can be cleaned with laundry stain remover products.
- When adding your own decor DO NOT puncture holes into our tent or products or use tape. Customer is responsible for any stains created from personal decor added to tents, including sticky tape residue. ALL spot cleaning is charged excessive cleaning fees based on the time it takes to remove stains or customer charged to replace products if unable to remove stains.
- To You Tents staff is happy to assist with hanging of personal decor for additional fees and time permitting. Customer is responsible for stains or color bleeds even if staff is paid to assist to hang personal products.
- Delivery and set-up is included in fees within Mecklenburg County for the first 15 miles (additional fees for mileage over 15 miles from our base location). This is the only option. We typically deliver tents Monday-Friday beginning around 4 PM. Anytime on weekends. Rentals are 24-hour max but may be less based on scheduling.
- 16 square feet of flat ground surface (grass, dirt) and 20 square feet minimum total of accessible ground space (doesn’t have to be flat) is required to appropriately and safely set up 5M bell tent (Queen) and guy lines. 17 square feet is needed for our 4M tent and 14 square feet for our 3M, 24 square feet for King with a 20 square foot base.
- Tents cannot currently be set up on pavement, decking, or indoors without prior approval. When available there will be a $175 minimum fee for weights of added services. Non-standard set-up fees will be added to rentals that are not completely placed on permeable ground. This includes; decks, pavement, rocks, cement, or hills. These set-ups impact the integrity of the tent system and may be at risk for impact to weather conditions, guy lines loosening, sagging tent walls, moisture buildup inside the tent, etc. To You Tents is not responsible for damages caused by client request for non-standard set-ups. Customer assumes all liability and risks.
- The guy lines can be extremely dangerous and are a trip hazard. Please watch where you are walking to prevent tripping. Knocking them loose can jeopardize the sturdiness of the tent and damage to guy lines or tent. Please inform of us any accidents, so that we can assist. Customers are responsible for any damage caused by accidents such as this.
- Tent stakes can be up to 1 foot long and need to be able to safely enter the ground without obstruction to include: sprinkler systems/water/electric/gas lines, etc. To You Tents, LLC is not responsible for the damage if something is hit by a stake while pitching our tents.
- Customer MUST notify To You Tents staff if sprinkler system is a risk/hazard in the yard. Customer is responsible for turning off the system while To You Tents products are on customer property. Customer will incur an excessive cleaning fee if sprinkler system wets tent and other products while on site, due to time to dry and clean product after take-down.
- Glamping tent location must allow vehicle access to set-up location within a reasonable distance from set-up placement due to weight and transport needs of products. Access must be provided from the outside if set-up is at a private home residence (yard, garage, fence, etc). We do not want to carry all of our heavy gear and supplies through private homes due to COVID safety.
- Refunds will not be given if campsite/set-up location does not meet these requirements upon arrival. To You Tents, LLC staff reserve the right to refuse tent set-up and cancel reservations on site, if requirements are not met.
- Please clear your lawn of debris and animal waste prior to our arrival. Animal waste on our products or shoes will result in a minimum of $100 excessive cleaning fee. Fees may also be incurred if we have to spend our time waiting for the yard to be cleaned and cleared of lawn furniture, trampolines, animals, etc.
- Keep window screens and doors closed at all times to minimize bugs.
- If tent is rented as an open lounge, same day pickup is required. If rain is expected the open lounge is not an option. Excessive cleaning fees will be added to rentals with rain saturated furnishings.
- ALL pillows are for decoration and seating. Excessive cleaning fees will apply for make-up stains, dirt stains, and spills. Please bring your own sleeping pillows.
- Please do not stand, walk, or jump on airbeds as they can easily get holes. They are for sitting and laying only. Notify us as soon as possible if you notice deflation. We are NOT on call but will try to problem solve and resurrect issues as we can.
- It is best practice to remove shoes and have clean feet before entering tents. Do NOT wear heals that may puncture tent floors inside of our tents.
- Please turn off battery operated lights and products when not in use and during daylight.
- If tents are rented empty and furnished by customers, customer must ensure that all furniture is placed on top of rugs and NOT directly on ground sheet to prevent puncture.
- Keep all personal belongings away from the edge of the tent during rain or moisture conditions. The canvas material will repel water/moisture on the outside, but interior moisture buildup can occur.
- All windows and doors should be closed tightly during rain to prevent from saturating the inside of the tent.
- NO smoking in or within 6 feet of tents or add-on products.
- NO use of cooking or grilling inside of tents.
- NO use of fires or wood burning units of any kind to be used inside of the tents.
- Campfires must be set-up a minimum of 6 feet away from tents.
- Guests are subject to a $500 fine in addition to damages for violation of these rules.
- Sublease or up-charging for use of our tents is PROHIBITED. Vendor use must be authorized and contracted.
Camping with Animals:
- Animals are allowed in our tents but all pets must be included on rental agreement forms.
- Animals are NOT allowed to be left inside the tent unattended, even if crated.
- Animals must be cleaned up after. If excessive hair or soiling of To You Tents, LLC property is found, a cleaning fee will be required (a minimum of $100).
- Damage to tents from scratching, chewing, etc. can result in fees to fix or replace damaged items at cost.
- If an animal marks/urinates on our property, please immediately rinse with water and then inform us so that proper care can be completed.
- Animals larger than 10 pounds are not allowed on airbeds due to risk of damage from claws.
- Campground rules related to pets may be different from To You Tents, LLC policy, so familiarize yourself with these rules before making a reservation.
- Animal food storage should be kept with human food to prevent bugs and pests.
- Please inquire into policy related to other types of animals beside dogs.
- Litter boxes are not allowed in tents.
- To You Tents, LLC reserves the right to change this policy at any time, and make further restrictions related to pets without notice.
Add-ons:
- All add-on and décor options are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Add-on and décor items are secondary to your tent rental and should not make or break your experience. Consider this when planning your event.
- To you Tents, LLC is not responsible for the malfunction of add-on products such as heaters, air-conditioning units, fans, generators, extension cords, etc. Guests assume liability for all risks associated with use of heaters, air conditioners, fans, generators, extension cords, etc. Guests assume all responsibility for the proper use of these products and acknowledge the risks associated with its use.
- To You Tents owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs with the use of these add-on products such as heaters, air conditioner, fan, generator, extension cords, etc.
- Guests understand that the heater emits CO2 gases and assumes all responsibility/risk associated with the use.
- An electrical outlet/power source is required for specific add-on options. They have individual power supply requirements. Power sources must be available within 98 feet of tent placement. Ensuring the availability of access to this power source is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will not be provided after arrival, if no electricity access is available for requested add-on products.
- When renting our air-conditioning units we include tubing to support ongoing draining of moisture from the unit. Please monitor this attachment to ensure it does not get backed up and leak in the tent. Notify us of any questions or concerns immediately. If tubing is not provided, we ask that you drain the water when the unit alerts that the tank is full.
- A/C units will help to cool the tents. We ask that you allow them to run for 1-2 hours prior to event to help cool the tent before use. The efficacy may be impacted by direct sunlight and high temperatures outside of our control. We do not guarantee the effectiveness of these units. Tent rental is not subject to availability of add-on products. Consider alternate plans in case of product malfunction.
- Do NOT use home extension cords for A/C or Heater products. We provide the necessary cords required for these high-power units. We are not responsible for appliance malfunction as a result of customer non-compliance. If we leave an appliance in working condition and you make alterations/move/change what we have done, we are not responsible.
- Use of extension cords with high power appliances can increase the risk of dangers or fire. By renting this product for outdoor use, you assume these risks.
- Customers should contact us immediately if having concerns about appliances. We are not an on-call service but will try to problem solve as available. If products do not seem to be working; turn them off and assume a back-up plan.
- Fire-pits ®Customer must be present at ALL times. No unattended fires are permitted and must be put out prior to bed/or if you leave your site. They must be a minimum of 6 feet away from tents.
- When fire pits are rented from To You Tents, LLC we ask that you pour water on them at the end of your use to put out the fire so the pit has time to cool. Fire pits must be emptied of all ash and cool prior to pick-up. Failure to comply with these requests could result in additional clean-up fees.
- Movie projector, sound bar, and all cords should not be left out all night. Please bring it inside the tent or your home when not in use. This includes if rain should pop-up during your event.
- Movie projector requires access to WiFi and your own streaming device and accounts. Only the products are provided, not movies/services.
- Movie projector comes with AV, Audio, TF, HDMI, USB, (USB drive or hard disc) and VGA ports. Only cords for AV and HDMI cable are included with projector. Projector rental includes 2 remotes (1 for projector and 1 for sound bar). Please inform us immediately if batteries do not seem to be working.
- Our projector does not include HDMI adapter cords for connection to IOS or android phones. You will need your own/extra HDMI and micro USB/type C to HDMI adapter respectively to work these devices for this projector.
- To You Tents is not responsible if renter’s device is not compatible with the connections made available and listed above and will not issue a refund once the equipment is set-up.
- Some accessories, add-ons, and products included in rentals are not safe for handling by children. Please be aware of all potential risks and keep children away from dangerous items. Customers accept all responsibility for proper storage, handling, and use of all products from To You Tents, LLC.
- There may be retail products made available in Glamping tents. By opening and/or using such products, customers accept all fees associated with these products.
- Same-day pick-up fees apply for bookings adding on picnic setting add-on product. Customer can choose to pay the pick-up fee for the picnic or pay a second day rental. Extra mileage fees may be added if pick-up for picnic setting is separate from tent pick-up.
- Picnic set-up dishes must be washed and dried and placed into bag to be ready for pick-up before To You Tents team arrival. Additional fees will be added for cleaning of dishes.
Camping Tents:
- $100 damage refundable deposit per tent. This is in addition to full rental balance. 3.5% fee deducted from deposit of incomplete bookings when refunded. Minimum of 1 night rental. Customer must pick-up and return tents within pre-determined reservation window. Failure to do so can result in additional fees. Cancellation policy guidelines apply to camping tents, make sure to review. Delivery, set-up, take-down, and pick-up can be added for additional fees.
- We offer no contact pick-up. Just pull-up and we will place reserved items into your vehicle for you.
- Please review tent instructions and care information before use and packing of tent. Follow instructions for set-up to include proper use and security of guy lines and tent stakes.
- All tent rentals include a small broom and dust-pan. These should be used to clean both the inside and outside of the tent prior to packing away.
- A hand towel is also included to help clean off any moisture on tent before packing away. Please notify us upon return, if tent was packed with any possible moisture so that we can expedite cleaning and maintenance.
- All tent and accessories provided should be returned along with tent or fees could be incurred (broom, dust pan, hand towel, tarp, stakes, tent ties, bungee cords, etc.).
- Keep window screens and doors closed at all times to minimize bugs.
- Keep all personal belongings away from the edge of the tent during rain or moisture conditions. The material will repel water/moisture on the outside, but interior moisture buildup can occur.
- NO smoking in or within 6 feet of tents or add-on products.
- NO use of cooking or grilling inside of tents.
- NO use of fires or wood burning units of any kind to be used inside of the tents.
- Campfires must be set-up a minimum of 6 feet away from tents.
- Guests are subject to a $500 fine in addition to damages for violation of these rules.
- Deposit will be returned to customer following thorough inspection of tents. Any damage or cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit and the customer will be charged with any fees in excess of the deposit.
Campground reservations:
- All tent rentals through To You Tents, LLC require that you secure your own reservations for campground use or have documented permission for set-up on private property, unless Campsite Securement Services are requested.

- Please check our availability before booking your sites at public or private campgrounds.
- All campsites are NOT created equal. It is helpful to know the tent pad measurements and/or see photos to help ensure that the site is fit for our tents. Some campgrounds have their own rules related to pets, use of generators, access to electricity, alcohol use, check-in/check-out times, occupancy limits, etc. that may impact your desired experience.
- To You Tents, LLC is currently only providing glamping tent reservations within Mecklenburg County, NC and surrounding areas. Please confirm your campground choice with us to confirm we deliver to this location and so we can verify the requirements related to set-up space.
- Refunds will not be given if campsite location does not meet these requirements upon arrival.
- If To You Tents, LLC is hired to secure a campground reservation; the associated campground reservation cost and service fees are NOT refundable except by extenuating circumstances; such as cancellation by campground host or if no campsite options can be located for customer requested dates. Refunds are at the discretion of To You Tents, LLC owners. By adding-on this service, the customer agrees to all campground rules and regulations associated with their reservation request and To you Tents, LLC cannot be held responsible/liable for customer non-compliance to these regulations. Campsite securement fees are due at time of deposit in addition to deposit.
Event Coordination
- Service fee is $100. Non-refundable. Due at time of booking.
- Customer must also add $300 deposit toward additional services.
- We can coordinate with other vendors to add services for your event such as balloons, picnics, flowers, event furniture, etc.
- Payment for other vendors is due at time of booking each vendor.
- Customer must include a budget and inspiration photos.
Cancellation Policy
We have a strict cancellation policy so be sure you are committed to the reservation before putting down a deposit.
- Reservations are rain or shine.
- We cannot guarantee agreed upon set-up or removal times of tents. Times may be delayed due to weather conditions, as well as traffic. We will do our best to meet timelines agreed upon at reservation and remain in communication if there are delays.
- Once a deposit is made on a reservation this will hold your tent and add-ons until final payment is due. Please complete payment transactions as soon as Paypal link is received to guarantee your reservation.
- Access to a payment link does not confirm your reservation until payment is made. If you choose to wait several days to make your payment, someone else may have already booked your items and dates. We will refund your payment if this happens.
- A refund of your deposit and any fees rendered will be granted up to 14 days before reservation date minus a 3.5% fee deducted from deposit. Except fees for balloons, Campsite Securement, event coordination, and secured campground reservation fees which are non-refundable.
- Final “total payment” is due on or before 14 days prior to reservation date (if multiple days-first day of reservation).
- To You Tents, LLC will make a reasonable effort to make contact via phone and email with customers to request final payment. This may include up to two contacts.
- If final payment is not made by the due date (14 days prior to reservation) your reservation will be cancelled and deposit will be automatically refunded minus a 3.5% fee. Cancellation will occur by 11:59 PM on the date listed on your invoice.
- If your booking is cancelled and you request to book again, this is subject to the tent and add-on items availability. Should you choose to re-instate your rental following a cancellation for lack of payment, a minimum of $50 re-installment fee will be added to your balance due. Your payment is due upon receipt and is subject to cancellation again if payment is not immediately rendered. To You Tents has no responsibility to fulfill booking requests without full and complete payment.
- If a reservation is made with 14 days or less to the reservation date, full payment plus deposit is due and no refunds will be granted for cancelled bookings.
- Once final payment is received up to 14 days prior to reservation, a reservation can be cancelled and re-scheduled, but NOT refunded. The reservation can be moved to another date (dates subject to availability of all reserved products). The reservation can be moved one time. If the second scheduled reservation date cannot be met, there will be no refund. Customer forfeits their reservation “total payment” and deposit fees.
- Re-scheduled reservation dates need to be made within 48-hours of cancellation notification. Failure to confirm a re-scheduled reservation date within 48-hours of cancellation will result in forfeit of all fees that have been collected. Customer reservation will be considered a cancellation with less than 48- hour notice.
- Customers MUST provide a minimum of 48-hour notification for any cancellation to qualify for re-schedule. If reservations are cancelled with less than 48 hour notice to agreed upon delivery time, customer forfeits total payment and deposit fees they have paid.
- Customers that do not provide detailed drop-off/set-up instructions within 24-hours of reservation, this is considered a cancellation/no show. We need this information to prepare our travel plans to meet drop-off schedule on day of reservation.
- If set-up location is not made available to To You Tents, LLC to complete tent set-up at the time of reservation agreement (within 15 minutes of agreed delivery time), customer is considered a NO Show and To You Tents, LLC reserves the right to cancel the reservation and all cancellation guidelines apply.
- Re-scheduled reservations must include same products and add-ons as no refund will be given outside of deposit following completion of the reservations.
- Reservations cannot be transferred to other individuals.
- Deposit money will be refunded to customers following completion of rental reservation and return of all products.
- Any damage or cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit and the customer will be billed with any fees in excess of the deposit.
- Excessive cleaning includes; spot and stain removal for make-up, dirt, food, beverage, etc. on soiled materials. In addition to liquid, marker, paint, glitter, etc stains inside or outside of our tent units. Please use washable crafts supplies ONLY, any permanent marks will incur replacement costs in addition to the cleaning efforts if unable to fully return to original state.
- Should customer not return To You Tents, LLC property, or provide access for glamping tent pick-up as scheduled, reservation daily costs and additional fees could apply.
- Calendar availability is subject to change. In the event that To You Tents, LLC needs to cancel your reservation date after it is already booked, you will be provided with the options of a full refund or a re-schedule. If a re-schedule is chosen the original cancellation policy applies as if this new date/reservation is the original.
- Customer making the reservation must verify identity on credit card and be present to take possession of merchandise. Unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing in advance with To You Tents, LLC staff.
- Customers must be 21 or older to make a reservation.
General tent care and safety rules:
- Food is best kept in a secure cooler or container. It is best if left in your vehicle or home to prevent pests and bugs. Never leave food unattended in a tent.
- Close all windows and doors of tents after use.
- Do NOT touch or lean on the outside of the tent aside from use of zippers or adjusting door/window flaps as needed. Human oils can wear out the tent protectant.
- Do NOT push, pull, or hang on center tent pole. This includes children. Moving or knocking the center pole can impact the integrity of the tent set-up and can damage the canvas and/or flooring.
- Do not poke holes or use tape on canvas/tents.
- Customers take responsibility for any person or children they allow to use our tents in regards to compliance with all guidelines and damage due to accidents.
- Some accessories, add-ons, and products included in rentals are not safe for handling by children. Please be aware of all potential risks and keep children away from dangerous items. Customers accept all responsibility for proper storage, handling, and use of all products from To You Tents, LLC.
- There may be retail products made available in Glamping tents. By opening and/or using such products, customers accept all fees associated with these products.
- COVID-19 protocol: Customers must give clear instructions in regards to location access and tent set-up in writing a minimum of 24-hours prior to reservation time. Customers must remain at a 6 foot or further distance from To You Tents, LLC staff at all times (this includes children). Customers must wear masks while interacting with To You Tents, LLC staff. Staff will not enter private residence and customers must provide adequate access to set-up space from the outside of buildings/homes or garage. All rental equipment is cleaned and sanitized between use.
TUTs coordinated event guidelines
- Full payment plus deposit is due at time of booking.
- Event reservations are refundable, minus the deposit, up until 30 days prior to event start time.
- Event is non-refundable and non-transferable from 30 days or less from event.
- Deposit is only refunded following completion of booking, with no damage or excessive cleaning needs to property.
- Excessive cleaning includes; spot and stain removal for make-up, dirt, food, beverage, etc. on soiled materials. In addition to liquid, marker, paint, glitter, etc stains inside or outside of our tent units. Please use washable crafts supplies ONLY, any permanent marks will incur replacement costs in addition to the cleaning efforts if unable to fully return to original state.
- Events are rain or shine.
Event guidelines/multiple tent bookings (ex: weddings, festivals, group rentals)
- $100 deposit is due for each tent.
- Full payment balance is due within 30 days of event date. Payment can be made prior to the due date.
- This deposit is not refundable for cancelled events.
- This deposit is refunded following completed bookings only (minus any damage or excessive cleaning fees).
- Excessive cleaning includes; spot and stain removal for make-up, dirt, food, beverage, etc. on soiled materials. In addition to liquid, marker, paint, glitter, etc., stains inside or outside of our tent units. Please use washable crafts supplies ONLY, any permanent marks will incur replacement costs in addition to the cleaning efforts if unable to fully return to original state.
- If final payment is not made by the due date (30 days prior to reservation) your reservation could be cancelled and deposit will not be refunded.
- If a reservation is made with 30 days or less to the reservation date, full payment plus deposit is due and no refunds will be granted.
- Once final payment is received up to 30 days prior to reservation, no payment will be refunded for cancelled events. Customer forfeits any balance and deposit paid. In cases of extenuating circumstances, To You Tents, LLC owners may decide on a case by case basis if they will allow the movement of a reservation to another date one time.
- Events are rain or shine.
- Events outside of Mecklenburg County NC will incur an out of county fee in addition to $2 per mile for travel fees for drop-off and pick-up.
- All other “glamping tent” rental guidelines apply.
Disclosures:
- All prices/fees subject to individual customer agreements and set listed pricing may change at any time.
- Tent rental services are rain or shine. See cancellation policy for additional information. We cannot guarantee set up or removal time of tents in the event that bad weather occurs. We will do everything we can to work around weather to get set-up or down based on agreed upon time frames.
- Damages/Excessive Cleaning Fee-After breakdown and clean up time, we will assess the state of the tent, décor, and add-on products to insure there are no damages or excessive clean-up details to note. Photos will be taken for your references and additional fees could be incurred should damages or extra clean-up be required. Fees will be taken out of deposit and/or charged to original payment source.
- Excessive cleaning includes; spot and stain removal for make-up, dirt, food, beverage, etc. on soiled materials. In addition to liquid, marker, paint, glitter, etc stains inside or outside of our tent units. Please use washable crafts supplies ONLY, any permanent marks will incur replacement costs in addition to the cleaning efforts if unable to fully return to original state.
- These tents are privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The tent owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the customers. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
- To You Tents property may NOT be subleased to other parties. Customers may not re-sale our services or make a commission from our products. Vendors must have a contract in place for business use including; events, festivals, photography, weddings, etc.
- Mold and mildew can easily develop on any tent surface. We use standard cleaning and sanitizing procedures to prevent and address any known issues. Owners cannot be held responsible for risks associated with possible mold/mildew exposure.

- NO LIABILITY/INDEMNIFICATION/HOLD HARMLESS: The owners of these tents do no assume liability for the loss, theft, damage, or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests’ use and occupancy of the rental property, including but not limited to claims for personal injury/illness or property damage/loss.
- The term customer/guest includes the person that made the reservation/payment, other guests included on the rental information forms as well as any guests that they may invite to use To You Tents, LLC property.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS-other than the content you own, under these terms, To You Tents, LLC and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this website. You are granted limited license only for the purpose of viewing the material contained on this website. Customer acknowledges all attorney’s fees and court costs shall be classified and billed to customer as “added rental fees”.
- SEVERABILITY-If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
- VARIATION OF TERMS-To You Tents, LLC, is permitted to revise these terms/guidelines at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these Terms/guidelines on a regular basis.
- To You Tents, LLC is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these terms.
- These terms constitute the entire agreement between To You Tents, LLC and you in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
